The Standby Mode of a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) represents a state of preparedness where the system is poised to swiftly respond to any power disruptions. In this mode, the UPS ensures that the main input power from the utility grid is readily available and within acceptable voltage and frequency ranges.
If the mains supply is unstable the UPS will remain in online mode. However if the main supply is stable the UPS will operate in ECO mode. Another mode available is Standby Off.
